The onsite management office is open 7 days per week from 9:00am to 5:00pm for your convenience. Southern Seas is located directly on the ocean with one of the largest beach frontages in Broward county.
All guests require a guest pass on the dashboard to park at Southern Seas. There is only space for one(1) car per unit.
Cars without passes will be towed at the owners expense
Please note that there is one parking space for each unit.
If guests have more than one car or have people visiting, they can find information on parking at the Lauderdale-By-The-Sea events website or on the LBTS parking map.
